Salotspk Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and salotspk ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering or using salotspk in any way, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

Salotspk is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Pakistan. All services are provided exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are accessing the platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes.

These Terms apply to all sections of salotspk including but not limited to the online casino, live casino, Teen Patti, Crash Games, Fishing Games, Jackpot Slots, football sportsbook and any future products added to the platform.

Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting on salotspk you must register an account. Registration is free. You agree to provide accurate, truthful and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and valid email address.

• Each person may hold only one salotspk account. Multiple accounts per person — regardless of the device, network or payment method used — are strictly prohibited.
• You must be at least 18 years old to register. Salotspk may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend accounts pending age verification.
• Account credentials are your personal responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. Salotspk will never ask for your password via email, SMS or chat.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Accounts registered using false identity information will be closed and all balances forfeited without recourse.

Salotspk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including during withdrawal processing. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within seven calendar days of request may result in temporary account suspension.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on salotspk are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your salotspk wallet within seconds. IBFT transfers may take up to two hours during non-banking hours. Salotspk does not charge any deposit fee; however, your payment provider's own fees may apply.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within three minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. IBFT withdrawals are processed within one business day. Salotspk does not charge withdrawal fees.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Active bonus balances must be fully wagered before a withdrawal is processed. Attempting to withdraw with an unwagered bonus active will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Salotspk reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000.
• Deposits made by third parties on behalf of a player are not accepted and will be returned.

Bonuses and Promotions

Salotspk offers a variety of bonuses and promotional rewards to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following standard terms unless the specific promotion page states otherwise.

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% match on the first deposit up to Rs 10,000. The wagering requirement is 20× the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Wagering Requirement: A 20× wagering requirement means that if you deposit Rs 1,000 and receive Rs 1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of Rs 40,000 (20 × Rs 2,000) before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Expiry: All bonuses expire 30 days from the date of credit unless the specific promotion states a shorter or longer period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically removed from the account balance.
• Game Contributions: Casino slots and fishing games contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Live casino games contribute 20%. Sports bets contribute 100% on settled single bets at odds of 1.50 or higher.
• Maximum Bonus Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet is Rs 500 for casino games and Rs 2,000 per event for sports. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other active bonus offers unless explicitly stated.
• Salotspk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms or disqualify players who are found to be abusing promotions.

Casino Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on salotspk — including slots, live dealer games, Teen Patti, Crash Games and Fishing Games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The outcome of every game round is determined by the RNG alone and cannot be influenced by salotspk or the player.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles. Theoretical RTP values represent long-run averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any outcome in any individual session.

• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault before completion, the round will be resolved based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the salotspk server. Player-side disconnections do not entitle the player to a refund of the bet if the round was in progress.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• In the event of a software error that displays an incorrect result or payout, salotspk reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player.

Sports Betting Rules

Football betting and all other sports markets on salotspk are subject to the following rules in addition to the General Terms above.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Salotspk reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors, in which case the affected bet is voided and the stake refunded.
• If a match is postponed before kick-off, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes refunded within 24 hours.
• If a match is abandoned after kick-off, bets on settled markets (e.g. first half result if the full first half was played) stand. All remaining unsettled bets are voided and stakes refunded.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time. Bets placed after a market-relevant event has occurred but before the platform has updated the odds will be voided.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. If one selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections at updated combined odds.
• Maximum winnings per bet slip are Rs 20,00,000. Bets placed above the implied maximum stake for the given odds will be accepted at the maximum stake and the excess returned.

Responsible Gaming

Salotspk is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to every registered player, accessible at any time from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount. Once set, limits can only be reduced immediately; increases take 7 days to take effect.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive a notification when your session reaches a set duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cool-off, your account remains open but betting and deposits are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your salotspk account. Self-exclusions are irrevocable for a minimum of 12 months.

Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by the salotspk Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By registering on salotspk you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes.

• Salotspk does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• All data is encrypted with 256-bit SSL both in transit and at rest.
• Players have the right to request a copy of their personal data held by salotspk by contacting support@salotspk.bet.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on salotspk. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account under any identity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Chip dumping or any form of deliberate loss to transfer funds between accounts.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access salotspk systems beyond normal player-facing functionality.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing salotspk staff or other players via any communication channel.

Account Suspension and Closure

Salotspk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment from the player's payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A player's request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these Terms, any bonus balance, bonus winnings and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Genuine cash deposits made with cleared funds will be returned to the player via the original payment method after appropriate deductions and investigations.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the salotspk support team at support@salotspk.bet. Voluntary closures without self-exclusion may be reversed within 24 hours of the request.

Limitation of Liability

Salotspk provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

• Salotspk is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses — including loss of profits — arising from your use of salotspk.
• Our total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 90 days preceding the claim.
• Salotspk makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics or match data, and does not accept liability for decisions made based on such information.

Changes to These Terms

Salotspk may update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or by an in-platform notification at the next login. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the salotspk platform following the notification of updated Terms constitutes full acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using salotspk and may request account closure by contacting support@salotspk.bet.
